Introduction
For my summer Professional Developement Meeting I read the book Making Space for Active Learning: The Art and Practice of Teaching edited by Anne C. Martin and Ellen Swartz. It is a collection of teachers talking about their classrooms and how they have made it a space that encourages active learning, through creativity, movement, environment and more. I will be blogging about the 5 sections of the book and sharing additional reasources I use to help make my space more active and inspiring.
